Nancy Saslow is a multiple Peabody and national Emmy award-winning Executive Producer, Digital Strategist, Content Marketer, Show Producer, Director, and Writer. She brings to the table a depth of experience in a multitude of diverse genres; broadcast and branding to live corporate presentations, from documentaries to docu-series to lifestyle formats; digital and content creation leveraged across multiple platforms; crime to sports to music and special events, and practically everything in between. Starting her career in news, documentary, and event programming, Nancy was involved in developing stories and characters in small towns and big cities around the country, and around the world. These included prison riots to peach festivals to political conventions: real people and real storytelling. Nancy expanded her scope to projects across all genres with her own production company, Saslow Productions. Clients included NBC, The World AIDS Conference, Global Forum on the Environment, Westinghouse Broadcasting, Paramount, The San Francisco Symphony, Levi Strauss and Co., GM/Atlanta Olympics, The Pepsi Center, NASA Space Center Houston, Epcot Center, and the Rolling Stones. She eventually partnered with Carolyn Carmines to create PushyBroad, a production and design company that specializes in interactive, broadband, and cross-platform media. PushyBroad’s clients have included TBS Superstation, Discovery, MacNeil/Lehrer Productions, AMC TV, TechTV, Cablevision, Showtime, and PBS. Nancy and Carolyn then formed MEg TV (Mishpookah Entertainment Group), a television, video, and digital production company. Saslow has served as Executive Producer and/or Producer/Director on all projects, as well as heading up the development of series, documentaries, and specials. In addition to broadcast, MEg TV has worked on a range of high-end live and taped presentation-oriented events; projects for Wal-Mart, Chrysler, Discovery Communications, Bette Midler’s “The Showgirl Must Go On” in Las Vegas, and SFJAZZ, among many others. Ms. Saslow and Mr. Landis have known and worked together since 1987, when they both worked at KPIX TV, the CBS affiliate in San Francisco. They have partnered with numerous clients, including: the San Francisco Symphony, Old Navy, Egreetings, and SFJAZZ.
